Student Support and Outreach

Do you know someone who may be struggling emotionally, needs additional support, or is exhibiting other concerning behavior? Is this person you? We encourage you to fill out a Student Support Request Form to advocate for yourself or others. By completing this form, one of our team members will connect the student with concerns to the appropriate resources and support.

You can choose to submit the Student Support Request Form anonymously if you prefer.  Below is a sample list of concerns; we encourage you to submit any concern that you may have and trust that appropriate outreach will be determined. The earlier a student connects with resources, the more options they will have for addressing their concerns.

These concerns may include:
● Signs of mental distress
● A sudden change in behavior
● Noticeable physical changes
● A lack of motivation
● Isolation
● Loneliness
● Not connecting with others
● Academic performance
● Language that may imply a threat to self or others

Submissions will be reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday, and staff will determine the best follow-up actions based on the nature of the concern.
