Plan Your Visit This Fall

 

 

Housing and Accommodations

One significant change will affect reunion attendees: on-campus housing will not be available. The Hotel at Oberlin is also currently full and will be unavailable. Please review the information below regarding hotel blocks and other local accommodations.

The following hotels offer limited room blocks for Oberlin alumni, are within a mile (or a 4 minute drive) from each other in North Olmsted, and are about a 25-minute drive to Oberlin's campus. Room quantities are limited - we recommend booking as soon as possible.

Transportation, Parking, and Logistics

Campus maps, detailed directions to Oberlin, and transportation services information, including rideshare services from Cleveland Hopkins Airport, can be found on our visiting Oberlin page and the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport site.

Shuttle information and reunion logistics will also available in the Guidebook app. Reunion attendees will recieve a link to download the app as we get closer to Homecoming Weekend. 

 

Hotels to Campus Shuttles

Shuttles will run from the hotels listed above to Oberlin's campus frequently throughout the weekend. Each hotel will have one dedicated shuttle to transport alumni to and from campus. 

 

Airport Oberlin Shuttle

Need a ride to or from the airport? The Airport Oberlin Shuttle provides trips that you can arrange directly for $25. Shuttles rides are available on Friday and Sunday, and private car service can also be arranged through the link below. Reservations are required ahead of time. A link to book your seat will be available in summer 2025.

 

Parking on Campus

Parking will be available in all Oberlin College lots during the weekend, and all lots have accessible spaces. Street parking is available throughout Oberlin.

RV and large vehicle parking will be available during the day at the Professional Services Building, 247 W. Lorain St., about a one-minute walk from Wilder Hall. No power hook ups are available in this lot as it is strictly for parking.

 

Luggage Storage

Luggage drop off and storage is available on Sunday, October 12 from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Bring your luggage to the Alumni Center located at 65 E. College St. An Oberlin staff member will be present to help tag and store your belongings. 

 

We try our best to accommodate guests with mobility issues, recognizing some buildings on campus are not as accessible as others, but we are no longer able to provide or rent wheelchairs or electric scooters for reunion attendees.
