Plan Your Visit

Be sure to review the information below to make the most of your time on campus and plan for an enjoyable weekend in Oberlin.

 

 

Housing

One significant change will affect 25th and 50th reunion attendees: on-campus housing will not be available.

The following two hotels have limited room blocks held for Oberlin alumni this May, and are within a 25-minute drive to campus. You are also welcome to make your own accommodations at other area hotels or local B&Bs.

24601 Country Club Blvd, North Olmsted, OH 44070

  • This room block closes on May 8, 2025.
  • Book your room here or contact the hotel directly at (440) 617-6306 to make a reservation. 
  • Rooms are $149 per night. Free cancellation before 11:59 p.m. (ET) May 21, 2025.
  • This location offers an airport shuttle. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange. 

24901 Country Club Blvd, North Olmsted, OH 44070

  • This room block closes on May 1, 2025.
  • Book your room here or contact the hotel at (800) 321-2211 to make a reservation.
  • Rooms are $134 per night. No fee cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival, after that a fee of one night room and tax will be charged.
  • This location offers an airport shuttle. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange. 

Transportation and Shuttle Services

 

Airport Oberlin Shuttle

Oberlin partners with Airport Oberlin Shuttle (AOS) to provide direct shuttle service between Oberlin and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport at specific times during CMRW. Reservations for AOS need to be made in advance. A link will be provided closer to the spring to make arrangements. 

 

Airport to Area Hotels Transportation

Both hotels mentioned above offer airport shuttle service. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange.

Rental Car Discount

If you plan to rent a car for the weekend, use code MSMB76A for a 5% discount with Enterprise or a 10% discount with National. 

 

Hotels to Campus Shuttles

A shuttle will run from the two hotels listed above to Oberlin's campus frequently throughout the weekend. A full schedule will be available in April once the weekend schedule is set. 

 

Campus Information

Parking around Oberlin

Parking will be available in all Oberlin College lots during the weekend, and all lots have accessible spaces. Street parking is available throughout Oberlin. View a map of campus here. Parking enforcement will be limited only to restrictions for fire lanes and to ensure accessible parking is available to guests who need it. 

Parking at the Hotel at Oberlin is reserved for hotel guests. Parking behind the stores on College St. is reserved for customers of those businesses.

RV and large vehicle parking will be available during the day at the Professional Services Building, about a one-minute walk from Wilder Hall. No power hook ups are available in this lot - it is strictly for parking.

 

Luggage Storage

Luggage drop off and storage is available on Monday, May 26. Starting at 8:30 a.m. bring your luggage to the Alumni Center located at 65 E. College St. An Oberlin staff member will be present to help tag and store your belongings.
