Replacement Diplomas
Ordering a Replacement Diploma
Oberlin College is now providing digital credentials along with printed diplomas.
A replacement diploma order will not be processed if there is an outstanding graduation hold on your record. The printed diploma may take up to three weeks to process. Digital credentials are typically processed within five business days after receiving the order.
The cost of a digital-only credential is $15. The cost of a printed and electronic replacement diploma is $30. The fee will be waived if the replacement diploma request results from a name change. Please email daudit@oberlin.edu to initiate a request due to a name change.
We do not have copies of diplomas on file; all replacements will be printed on current diploma stock with current official digital signatures.
