A formal resolution process is designed to provide fundamental fairness and respect for all parties by ensuring adequate notice and equitable opportunity to be heard and an equitable opportunity to respond to a report under the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy, the Prohibited Relationships Policy, and the Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy.
Disciplinary action by the College against a responding party may only be taken through a formal resolution process.
