Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We are pleased to announce an upgrade in your benefit package: ESI’s Employee Assistance Program -- or EAP, for short.  

Cleveland Clinic Higher Education EAP is available to provide personal support to you and your family. Covered lives include all employees, spouses, partners, dependents, and permanent household members.

 As an employer-sponsored service, Higher Education EAP provides confidential counseling and a broad range of services to help guide you and your family toward better health, wellness and life balance at no cost to you. This free benefit offers you and your family a wide variety of tools and services to help with life issues or problems that might affect your daily life at work or at home. It also includes training and other resources for your personal growth and development.

All calls are CONFIDENTIAL and answered by a Masters or Ph.D. level counselor; your counselor will work with you on a plan beginning with the first call. Or go to www.HigherEdEAP.com and create a username and password.

To access your EAP, simply call the toll-free number (800) 252-4555 to talk with a counselor or coach.
