HR Data Request

Oberlin College HR Data Request

The College reviews each data request and evaluates each on their own merit. Additionally, requests for survey participation are evaluated through the compliance lense of following antitrust laws to maintain fair competition among employers and prevent collusion.

Key federal laws in the US, such as the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Federal Trade Commission Act, address antitrust concerns. To avoid antitrust trouble, the college must review the methodology of each survey to determine if it is in fact compliant.
