Dates and Locations
Auditions and interviews on campus are conducted by the applied faculty in the specified area of study. To get the full experience of the campus community, we strongly encourage you to audition on Oberlin's campus. You can review the robust offerings on our sample audition day schedule. Applicants not able to attend an on-campus audition or interview will have other options detailed below. In addition, recorded auditions may be submitted by all areas with the exception of TIMARA, Composition, Music Theater, and Recording Arts and Production.

Conservatory Audition Travel Fund
The Conservatory Audition Travel Fund provides financial assistance for applicants who would not otherwise be able to travel to Oberlin for auditions or other activities related to their application for admission to Oberlin Conservatory. If you would like to be considered for travel assistance please email conservatory.admissions@oberlin.edu to request an application for funding. To be considered, a student must have submitted the Common Application by December 1 and met the December 4 deadlines for all listed materials here.
