Biography

As the Title IX Prevention Coordinator and Assistant Director of the Office for Institutional Equity, Suzanne oversees Oberlin’s mandatory consent training program which students attend during their first and third years on campus. She supervises the PRSM trainers who facilitate the workshops, writes and edits scripts, creates other workshop materials, and makes sure the “mandatory” part is 100% attained.

In support of these efforts, Suzanne organizes campus events such as guest speakers, Consent Month, and the Let’s Make Consent A Conversation awareness campaign. She also ensures that the office is in compliance with federal and state regulations, drawing on her background in human resources recruiting and compliance.
