Young pianists vie for $40,000—including a first prize of $20,000. Finalists perform with the Cleveland Orchestra, earn full scholarships to attend Oberlin.

21 of the world's most talented young violinists vie for a $10,000 grand prize and performance with the Cleveland Orchestra.

Presented by Oberlin and the Cleveland Orchestra, the fifth-annual competition begins July 19 and culminates in the Concerto Finals on July 25 at Severance Hall.

Presented by the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and the Cleveland Orchestra, the 2014 competition features remarkable pianists ages 13-18 vying for $20,000 in prize money, Oberlin scholarships, and incredible performance opportunities.

Six participants remain in the running for first prize at the 2013 Cooper International Competition for Violin, with Recital Finals set for July 24.

Three of the world’s most promising young violinists will perform July 26 with the Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall. Only one will be named champion of the 2013 Cooper International Competition.

The field of 24 participants has been reduced to 10 as the 2013 edition of the Cooper International Competition enters the Concerto Round.
