Extra Visitors on Campus During All Roads Lead to Oberlin

In April, the Office of Admissions is hosting All Roads Lead to Oberlin – the program where admitted students and their families visit campus and experience a condensed version of Oberlin, from residential life to academics and everything in between. Expect extra visitors on campus April 14, 17, and 21.

Response to Proposed Federal Budget Cuts

The budget proposals being put forward by the Trump administration are deeply troubling in many ways for our society and for American higher education, especially for liberal arts institutions such as Oberlin. The proposed cuts in discretionary spending are contrary to our values of access and inclusion, and our commitment to scientific research, the arts, and the humanities.

Alan Norton to Serve as Interim VP of Finance

Alan Norton has been appointed interim vice president for finance and administration subject to Board approval and will assume oversight of the financial and business administration of the college when Mike Frandsen leaves the position to become the president of Wittenberg University on July 1.
