Off Campus Resources

Oberlin College & Conservatory works closely with our community partners to help our students get connected to the resources that are offered within the Cleveland area and beyond. Below are a few resources that exist off campus.

  • Oberlin Connector
    • The Oberlin Connector is an on-call service for Oberlin residents including Oberlin College students. Service is provided by Lorain County Transit.
    • Service hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.
    • With a College ID, a One-Way Trip is $1. Only cash is accepted.
  • EBus
    • The City of Oberlin, with support from Lorain County Transit, has contracted with Slidr to bring a FREE, electric public transportation option to the Oberlin community. The EBus will run a fixed route within Oberlin, stopping at in-demand locations and making a full loop every 45-60 minutes. The EBus can accommodate up to 9 passengers in standard seating and 1 passenger in a wheelchair.
    • Hours of operaion are 10 am - 8 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Oberlin EV CarShare
    • The city of Oberlin and Oberlin College and Conservatory have four all electric CarShare vehicles (Chevrolet Bolts) available to any Oberlin resident or Oberlin College student with a valid driver's license, pending certain requirements. The cost is $8 an hour (plus tax) and paid within the app.
