Biography
David Cannon Jr. serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Campus Safety. In this role, he oversees key operational areas, including:
Daily Patrol Services: Ensuring the safety and security of the campus community through regular patrols.
Traffic & Parking Services: Managing traffic flow and parking operations on campus.
Event Planning: Coordinating safety and security measures for campus events.
Employee Wellness: Promoting the well-being of Campus Safety personnel.
Dispatch/Communication Services: Maintaining effective communication channels within the department and with the broader campus community.
Working closely with the Director of Campus Safety, faculty, staff, and students, David plays a crucial role in fostering a safe and secure environment for the entire Oberlin community.
