Piano 2023: Expenses
In addition to the $130 application fee, there is a $350 competition fee. This fee is included with housing fees below for those staying in a campus residence hall and eating in the campus dining hall.
On-Campus Housing
Double and single residence hall rooms are available with a meal plan for all three meals. Rooms are air-conditioned and the community bathrooms include private shower and toilet stalls. The housing plan includes:
Saturday, July 29 arrival to Saturday, August 6 departure: 7 nights, and meals at the dining hall: Saturday dinner through Saturday breakfast. If you are arriving a day or two early, you are welcome to eat at the dining hall and pay-as-you-go with credit card. Please make sure that your credit card has been approved for use in the US.
Competitor’s on-campus room and meal charge includes competition fee:
- Single room ($1,150)
- Double room/per person ($1,050 per person) — 2 people in one room, separate beds
Please note that all fees are nonrefundable. We are unable to grant partial reimbursement should you choose to depart before August 5.
