Concert Programs

The office recommends that all recital programs be submitted two weeks prior to the performance date to ensure appropriate attention to advertising, proofing, and the preparation of production staff support for special equipment, tuning and or audio needs.

Please open and download the Program Template for instructions on how to prepare and submit a recital program. Programs will be processed in the order in which they are received.

Note: No dedications, personal messages, or overarching program titles may appear on the program. (See Conservatory Faculty Guide, p. 46.) A performer wishing to make a dedication or other statement may announce it from the stage or provide a handout to be distributed at the concert.
