Every time I look at my day planner, I get a little bit freaked out. With the 22 credit hours worth of work I am doing this semester, well...my calendar can get a bit crazy.

Please excuse my first post waxing nostalgic about graduating. There will probably be more.

In which I share information on what an information session is like at Oberlin and ramble a bit about unicycles.

My friends' Facebooks, Livejournals, Obieblogs, and general everyday conversation has been revolving around scheduling for the last week, and I am proud to say that I finally have something to contribute.

Remember those "Ernest" movies from the late 80's...

There is, in fact, only one magical way to schedule all the performances (AND hit every single "Welcome back to a new semester! We missed you!" activity AND manage to see all your friends who you missed all of winter term... which can all coincide sometimes).

During Add/Drop, we overcommit. This is inevitable.

I've always thought that leaving the country is one of the best ways to spend January.

My colleagues and I looked at each other in astonishment. No, we mumbled almost apologetically, we're sorry, but that is not a problem we tend to have.

I got my grades for my first ever semester in college back a few weeks ago, and I'm...pretty pleased, actually....
