A Little Oberlin, A Lot Of Virtual Reality -- Tappan Square

Okay, okay, I don't really have a lot to say about this post other than that I've been playing around with augmented and virtual reality and it all of a sudden occurred to me -- while asking the question "What environment would I want to show people who can't see it for themselves??" -- that if you're here looking at the blogs, whether for nostalgia or because you hope to attend Oberlin some day, you might want to see what I get to see every day. Pictures are pretty cool, but what if I could show you pictures that move? No, not a GIF, but 360 degree panoramas!

If you're on a desktop: you can move the pictures around using your mouse. If you're on a (smart) phone, the rectangles below might look like messed up swirls or cones of color, but if you press the icon at the bottom left of each pane (GIF demonstration below), you'll be in full screen and be able to use your phone's movement, or your finger to navigate around in full screen.
