The SOAR leaders are upper-class students selected for their breadth of academic and professional experiences, demonstrated ability to build personal and professional networks, and commitment to mentoring younger students. They work closely with the members of each cluster to chart an academic and professional path that engages the interests and goals of each participating sophomore.
