Winter Term in Guadalajara, Mexico
The Department of Hispanic Studies sponsors four weeks of intensive language study through IMAC (Instituto Mexico-Americano de Cultura) language school. Learning to speak Spanish helps people from around the world understand different ways of thinking and enhance their professional development. Located in Guadalajara, the IMAC Spanish Language Program is the most accredited Spanish language school in Mexico, offering immersive classes, cultural activities, and excursions.
Students learn in class then experience the city while speaking with locals and embracing the culture. Students also live with Mexican families in Guadalajara, Mexico.
