Career Exploration and Development (CED) is a comprehensive career planning and employment office for Oberlin College students in both the College and the Conservatory. We are a centralized office that provides programs and materials to assist students with their career development and job preparation. Our employer services connect you to candidates through various pathways, from virtual to on-campus.
