Biography
Yongha (“Yon”) Kwon will be joining our business faculty in the fall of 2025. Currently a PhD candidate in business strategy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his research focuses on organizational design as a managerial tool for enhancing organizational learning. He emphasizes the evolution of formally designed interaction patterns through social dynamics among individuals. Yon's work challenges conventional assumptions regarding organizational design in the processes of knowledge creation, recombination, and diffusion.
In addition to his research, Yon is passionate about the positive education movement, dedicated to fostering inclusive, engaging, and meaningful learning environments. He prioritizes active and open communication with students, both within and outside the classroom.
