Timothy Hyde conducts research at the intersection of behavioral economics, environmental economics, and public finance. His current research examines how homebuyers respond to past natural disasters when making purchase decisions, and how they perceive the flood risk of new properties. He teaches courses in principles of economics, health economics, and behavioral economics.
