Biography
As the STEM Fellow, I work to support and promote the success of students in STEM and quantitative disciplines, with a focus on building community among underrepresented and marginalized groups in these fields. I work in CLEAR to train and manage peer mentors, develop student programming, and foster mentorship between students and faculty. In addition to CLEAR, I also work closely with BRANCHES (Bridging Resources & Access to Nurture Community through Holistic Engagement in STEM) to contribute to efforts aimed at making STEM education more inclusive and equitable, while also assisting in data collection and analysis related to these initiatives.
I am a 2022 Oberlin College graduate in mathematics and statistical modeling. I worked as a math and SAT tutor throughout my undergraduate experience, and I continue to be passionate about education accessibility that is well-rounded, devoted, and high quality.
