Maggie Nieves, deputy human resources officer, is a professional with over 15 years of human resource experience. Nieves spent the last 15 years in a manufacturing environment working in the automotive and aerospace industry.
She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.
She holds a master's degree in human resources management from the University of Findlay and a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Tiffin University.
