Kipp Colvin is the Center for Student Success's Assistant Dean of Student Success and is the primary guide for success coaching services at Oberlin College. In this role, Kipp provides leadership and support to a team of professional success coaches.
Before joining Oberlin, Kipp built a career in student affairs, accumulating over fifteen years of experience before contributing to the Human Rights Campaign.
Kipp enjoys helping Obies define their goals and achieve meaningful success.
