Biography

As Clinical Care Coordinator and Staff Therapist at CAPS, I feel excited and grateful to embrace this unique and multi-faceted role to get to know and serve students at Oberlin College and Conservatory. Whether I meet you in the office as your therapist, or if we are connected by chance because of a referral for care coordination, I hope that you leave feeling seen, understood, and with the empowerment to act on your goals.

I attended the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Social Work at Case Western Reserve University, obtaining my Master’s in Applied Social Science Administration in 2016. I’ve served the Lorain County area and surrounding counties in a magnitude of roles including but not limited to, intensive home based therapist, family therapist, working with adolescents and their families involved in the court system, working with nature-based and equine assisted psychotherapy models, emergency and crisis response support, and more. I believe that social work is congruent with being a good human. We have a duty to share knowledge, resources, and healing with one another. It is essential we provide treatment with best practice standards, creating a therapeutic relationship of trust and healing, to empower you to feel whole during your time here. I look forward to working alongside you.
