Biography
Jesse Fernandez serves as the Assistant Director of Inclusion for Residential Communities within the Office of Residence Life. Before joining Oberlin College, Jesse worked in several divisions of Student Affairs including Student Organizations, Greek Life, Student Government, and Programming Boards. His research interests lie in improving retention rates and overall sense of belonging for first-generation students of color through mentorship and intentional programming.
