Terms and Conditions of Employment (TCE) Form

Effective on May 13th, the College transitioned to a new Terms and Conditions of Employment (TCE) form, which will serve as the primary legal document for all non-faculty hires, replacing traditional offer letters. This change is designed to streamline our hiring procedures and ensure compliance with employment standards.
Key highlights include:
- The TCE requires approval from the respective hiring manager, a divisional Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member, and the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
- An accompanying brief offer letter may still be issued, detailing salary and role title, signed by the CHRO and a divisional ELT member or proxy.
- All TCEs will be exclusively generated and distributed by the HR department via a DocuSign workflow to ensure accuracy and uniformity.
