Oberlin at Hidden Valley

Hidden Valley Music Seminars, An Institute of the Arts is located in the foothills of the Santa Lucia Range in the world famous Carmel/Monterey area. Since 1963, Hidden Valley has worked to engage and inspire the highest levels of artistic excellence with a diverse array of music education programs for youth, emerging artists, and adults.

During Winter Term 2024, Oberlin at Hidden Valley will be the site of two separate immersive projects where Oberlin students and their faculty mentors will work on parallel projects—a TIMARA/Dance Performance Collaboration and a Chamber Music Intensive—that culminate in public performances during the week January 15-22. The Oberlin Sonny Rollins Ensemble will also perform at the Hidden Valley Theater as part of their tour to the Bay Area for educational and outreach activities and performance at SFJAZZ.
