This month marks two years since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and ten years since Russia illegally annexed Crimea and invaded the East of Ukraine. On Tuesday, February 20, 5pm-6.30pm, Emily Channell-Justice, Harvard University, will lead a conversation on Self-Organization and Decolonization: Lessons from Ukraine. Students Anya Molodtsova (’26) and Katia Chapin (’26) will speak about their experiences of self-organization in creating and teaching the Ukraine ExCo at Oberlin. Anya Molodtsova will also speak about her experiences of volunteering with the NGO Razom in Kyiv during Winter Term. All are welcome!
