Kilbourne at the 'Sco

Ashe Kilbourne is a DJ, producer, and radio host based in New York City. Her background in industrial and house music have morphed together to create her own distinct sound within the context of hardcore techno. She revels in the way that “hardcore allows [her] to sit with simultaneous feelings of anger, euphoria, vulnerability, and hurt,” (a quote from her interview with Groove magazine), processing intense feelings of violence and trauma in an intuitive, sensory way.
