Join CLEAR this Sunday from 1-2 in K100 for a relaxed mindfulness meditation session where you can unwind and clear your mind. This is a great opportunity to simply chill out and recharge in a peaceful environment. We will have tea and coffee for anyone who wants it. Feel free to drop in at any point during the session and enjoy some time to relax with others!
