Cooking Diasporic Foods with Africana Studies Faculty

Cook different dishes from across the Diaspora with Africana Studies Faculty members Charles Peterson, Meredith Gadsby, and Thomas Talawa Prestø. We will learn from these faculty members about the origins of dishes they're making as they demontrate how to do so. Afterwards we will sit down and enjoy a meal together.
