Pamela Hobe is the Chief Operating Officer for PNC Real Estate and a Senior Vice President with over 30 years at PNC Bank. She oversees four key segments of PNC Real Estate, including risk control, audit coordination, process improvement, and strategic planning. Pam works closely with the Head of PNC Real Estate to manage risks and strengthen the business’s sales, underwriting, support, and portfolio management. She leads a team of 17 professionals and collaborates with service partners across various departments such as finance, legal, and technology. Pam holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Akron, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She has held roles in treasury management and project management, including leading integration efforts for multiple bank acquisitions. Pam is also the Board President for Esperanza, Inc., an organization supporting Hispanic education, and serves as the executive sponsor for PNC’s Cleveland Latino Employee Business Resource Group.
