Anthony McGill and Emanuel Ax

Anthony McGill is one of classical music’s most recognizable and brilliantly multifaceted figures and principal clarinet of the New York Philharmonic. Emanuel Ax has amassed eight Grammy Awards and countless accolades for his performances as both a solo artist and collaborator. This duo will perform works by James Lee, Franz Schubert, Florence Price, Jessie Montgomery, Adolphus Hailstork, and Leonard Bernstein.

This program is part of the 2024-25 Artist Recital Series.
