CIT In-Person Services Resume: Help Desk, AV, ID Card Office and OCTET

Beginning June 15, all CIT service points will resume or, in the case of the ID Card Office, continue in-person services.
CIT Help Desk
The CIT Help Desk will be open for drop-in service during the normal, summer Terrell Main Library operating hours:

| Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM |
| Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM |
| Saturday | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM |
Audiovisual Services
Audiovisual Services will be open for the summer semester Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–4:30 PM daily. All Mudd Center floors (1–4) are currently accessible to patrons.
ID Card Office
The ID Card Office has remained open for in-person service. During the summer semester, hours are Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
OCTET
OCTET maintains office hours Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. To arrange for a consultation, please begin by opening a ticket using the CIT Tech Support Portal.
