Maddie Libao, Director of Student Success and Success Coach in the Center for Student Success, has been selected as a 2025 NASPA Success Coaching Knowledge Community Award Winner for Success Coach of the Year! Maddie has been serving as a Success Coach at Oberlin since Spring '23, and has supported her students with kindness, resourcefulness, and passion.
