Reminder to register for today’s webinar

President Carmen Ambar, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences David Kamtisuka, Dean of the Conservatory William Quillen, Dean of Students Meredith Raimondo and others will be available to discuss the spring semester and answer questions in a one-hour webinar beginning at 3 p.m. today. This webinar is open to students and families. If you haven’t already, register in advance to receive a confirmation email to join the webinar.

Testing moves to Hales Gym on December 2

As a reminder, beginning Wednesday, December 2, all COVID-19 testing will take place at Hales Gym (180 W. Lorain Street). Those arriving for their monthly test should enter the building through the main door off of Lorain Street near the Cat in the Cream. For those directed to Hales for symptomatic testing, please enter the main gym doors on the west side of the building. Parking is available for all behind the building and off of Woodland Street.

Sign up for your January test soon; new scheduling system in OberView

Students, faculty, and staff who will be on campus this spring and do not have a health restriction precluding them from being tested must be screened for COVID-19. Please schedule your January 2021 COVID-19 test. You will receive a separate email to schedule monthly appointments when testing schedules are available for sign-up.

Begin by watching this video tutorial on how to schedule your test. Beginning in January, you will schedule all of your COVID-19 tests through the COVID-19 Test Appointment Scheduling task in OberView. This new scheduling system allows you to view your own upcoming appointments and reschedule through OberView as needed.Sign up for one test for the month of January. You must schedule your January test by Monday, December 14.

Q. By what date do I need to mail my essential items for package delivery based on the new spring semester schedule?

A. All packages must be received by Monday, January 11. Packages will be delivered between Monday, January 11, through Wednesday, January 20. If you would like to request an essential package delivery, please complete this form in full.
