Biography
As the Assistant Director for Student Support and Outreach, Caitlin provides support and resources to students in their time of need. In collaboration with various campus partners, she helps students in developing their goals in order to enhance their well-being and academic success. Caitlin provides ongoing support and assists students in coordinating and receiving appropriate referrals/interventions which are on and/or off campus.
Caitlin’s professional experiences include working in various capacities within residence life, case management, crisis response, behavioral intervention, and coordinating student conduct. She is dedicated to providing students care to promote wellness, compassion, and growth as they navigate their educational and personal journey here at Oberlin College.
