Weight Room

Within the Jesse Philips Physical Education Center are studios for strength training, stretching, and free weights. The weight rooms in Philips have been reconfigured and supplemented with a platform, more weight trees, dumbbell racks for safety, and access to lower weighted dumbbells. The East Room contains all the Hammer Strength equipment and free weights stations. In the West Room, the Cybex Selectorized equipment encircles the universal machine at the south end of the room.
