About RSS Feeds

If a web site (a news source, blog, publisher, etc.) includes any of these icons

you can automatically capture content "feeds" with a number of different tools/programs.

Convert Feeds into Email Messages

Blogtrottr - Supply the URL of the feeds you want to follow and set the update frequency
Thunderbird -- Lets you view RSS content in a way that is similar to reading email, without clogging your inbox
