Most books, scores, and government documents are due on May 16. If you are completing work due during the exam period, you may keep semester loan items for a few extra days and you will not be charged fines. If you wish to keep library materials beyond that, please renew them. Remember that special due dates still apply to reserve materials, recalled items, video materials, interlibrary loans, OhioLINK materials and other short-term loan items, and you will be responsible for fines if the items are returned overdue.
You may produce a list of items currently checked out to you by using "View your library record" in OBIS; you can also display and print unpaid fines. This does not include items checked out via our traditional ILL system. Log in to your interlibrary loan account for a list of ILL items you have. Please contact a circulation supervisor at your earliest convenience if you believe our records to be in error.
Scholar studies and carrels must be cleared by 5:30 p.m., Sunday, May 26. Locker keys must be turned in to the library office by 4:30 pm on Friday, May 24. You are responsible for the safe return, in good condition, of all materials checked out to you according to our records. This includes items that you have been using in-house, in carrels, lockers, or scholar studies.
