Northeast Ohio’s world-famous symphony orchestra returns to Oberlin for its 208th Artist Recital Series performance. Russian conductor Semyon Bychkov makes his Cleveland Orchestra debut on the podium. Chief conductor of the WDR Symphony Orchestra Cologne, Bychkov has worked with many of the world’s great orchestras, including Berlin, Vienna, New York, and Chicago. The centerpiece of this all-orchestral program is Schumann’s triumphant symphony.
