Harold E. Edgerton, “Seeking Facts”
Harold E. Edgerton, electrical engineer and professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, made photographs that simultaneously related to science and art. Five works depict a variety of natural phenomena invisible to the human eye, yet real nonetheless. Accompanying the exhibition is commentary by Oberlin professors of chemistry, mathematics, neuroscience, and physics.
